The bureaucracy refers to the state personnel's leadership style and the work style. In the work, they only know how to give orders rather than investigate and study. The bureaucracy also refers to the activities, including abuse of power, corruption, bribery, extravagance and waste, etc. The opposition of the bureaucracy is a major problem with which all countries are facing in modern times.Mao Zedong's thought against bureaucracy, which was formed in the course of Chinese revolution and construction practice, has its theoretical and practical foundation. The main contents of Mao's thought against bureaucracy include a profound understanding of the nature of bureaucracy and the methods to prevent and overcome bureaucracy. Mao Zedong's thought against the bureaucracy both has the great theoretical and practical significance, and inevitably it has the historical limitation.
