21 century will be a bran-new knowledge economy age, qualities of the laborers of the society, especially human qualities have become increasingly demanding. Humanistic Education and Human Qualities as well as natural science are important parts of education.It has an vital effect on society progress and people's all-round development.At present,more National studies of adult education for the farmers focus on the education, the livelihood of farmers ,while the research on humanistic education of peasant is still in its infancy with no mature modes in theory and pratice. Terms from the existing research involving adult human quality education in rural areas are few studies and the lack of relevance and practical significance. This paper is inten,ded to rural areas in southern Jiangxi Province as an example, a large number of field trips and visits, a more comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the status of peasant culture of quality education based on first-hand information, the integrated use of the basic theory of adult education, the all-round development theory , Sociological Theory of knowledge, human needs theory and related theories of learning society, generally describes the major problems of the quality of rural adult humanities education, multi-perspective and analysis of its causes, in terms of the changes of the rural adult population thought ideas, ideals, educational needs and learning attitudes in the period of social transformation, from the full realization of building a moderately prosperous society in the strategic objective, putting forward the basic countermeasures to improve the quality of China's rural adults' humanistic education and the human quality of rural adult.
