Among them, the necessity of legalization and institutionalization of women’s legal aid is particularly prominent.Adult women bear the function of human reproduction. It is particularly important to improve the quality of the population in our country if we protect the rights and interests of the adult female. China is a feudal country after thousands years, the founding of new China crushed the feudal system from fundamental. But many years of feudal thought is still constantly against women’s rights and interests which contrary to the basic national conditions of our country. Therefore, it is very important to protect the rights and interests of adult women through legal aid approach. National legal aid service personnel, who provide legal services of the reduction and exemption of fees, which is a legal system to protect the lawful rights and interests for a citizen or a special group who cannot afford Legal expenses, organize adult women legal aid. Adult female legal aid system is an integral part of the modern legal system, and it is an important criterion for judgment of state rule of law and social civilization.This article is based on the practice of legal aid for adult women in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Analyzing system defects of adult female legal aid in China, through the investigation of adult women in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region legal aid status. Using the relevant principles of the legal aid system and combining with the advanced experience both here and abroad. Discussion on the countermeasures to solve the problems of the development of adult women legal aid, which can improve the adult women legal aid system in China.
