Nansha Islands have been China's sanctity domain since ancient times. With the resources exploration of the Nansha Islands, neighborhood countries set foot in south china to fight for reefs and rights. The Nansha Islands have been occupied and divided and considerable resources have been plundered by other countries. However, there has not been a way to effectively solve the dispute using Game Theory and conflict analysis. Firstly, dialectical historical materialism is used to analyze the history and present situation of South China Sea dispute. Meanwhile, the history of the dispute is divided into five historical stages. Secondly, Game Theory model is used to derive the policies set of China's strategy to deal with the South China Sea dispute with the guidance of system engineering theory and methodology. The results are thoroughly analyzed under both the complete information and incomplete information conditions. Conflict analysis is firstly used to model the dispute to seek the possible equilibrium outcome. Finally, the balanced outcome is fully evaluated and analyzed. The results obtained from this paper will provide valuable references for our country to solve the territorial sovereignty problems.
