Corporation & conflict are generally existent social phenomena. The entitative characteristic of market economy is conflict and competition, they make resources used effectively and collocated rationally, and impel the development of social economy through endless innovation. But conflict is not the only and supreme thing, because if companies want to develop and survive, they must seek for sustainment and opportunity from circumstance. That is they must seek corporation. There are no different between corporation & conflict. Conflict analysis and corporation theory is the mark that market competition coming into higher level, and is one of the important content of modern management science. This paper tries to establish an integrated system about conflict analysis and corporation theory through systemic and full research on them, and apply them into practice. In this paper some innovative studies and the major research works are listed as follows: Through the research of correlative literatures, the status quo and development orientation of conflict analysis and corporation theory in home and abroad are summarized.Based on the study of general model and method about conflict analysis, the limitations of F-H and Nash equilibrium and their amelioration are mainly analysis, and the concept of second step Nash is presented. In this dissertation, by means of integrating conflict analysis and the rough set theory, based on the different definitions of conflict function and its threshold, methods of defining coalitions are presented.The basal viewpoint and major content of corporation theory are summarized, the corporation characteristics and stability in joint venture of china is analyzed.Allotment is researched, mainly includes common methods of n-person cooperation game problem, its general method and solution, especially includes multiple objective programming method, DEA and multi-criteria decision method. And axiomatic theory about allotment problem is put forward.Negotiation, an inevitable process in conflict and cooperation problem is researched, theoretical model of negotiation, conflict and mediate cooperation in negotiation are nalyzed, and harmonizing mechanism of negotiation in supply chain is designed and applied in detail.Conflict, cooperation and allotment in supply chain management are analyzed. And based on this analysis, this paper tries to setup a sufficient harmonizing mechanism, in aspects of allotment and storage, to meet the requirement of mutual benefit and mutual profit between partners.
