This has caused serious aftereffect to net Zen's property and the stability of the society.By citing some network cases arising nowadays, I tried to analyze the cause inside on the angle of jurisprudence, and determine the nature of the virtual property and infringement cases. In December 18th,2003, With China's the first Virtual property infringement case come to a verdict in the Court of Beijing Chaoyang District, virtual property in game's has come to be recognized. With the virtual property infringement intensified, people's need for a clean network environment, has become more and more strong. In the article, I selected some virtual property infringing cases typically occur in the real life, and analyzed from a legal point of view, so as to give my point of view to legislation of the network.
