Nuclear power has undergone initial tests, the rapid development, slow forward, the long history of gradual recovery, as well as the characteristics of the international nuclear power development. Introduction of nuclear power in international organizations, regional organizations and the international legal framework for nuclear power, in-depth study of the United States, France, Japan, Russia, the legal framework of these developed countries, nuclear power and nuclear power management policies, in order to improve the nuclear power of China's laws and regulations, policies for reference. This paper studies the history of the development of China's nuclear power, current situation and analysis of the prospects and focus on legislation in the field of China's nuclear power status, China's nuclear power policy and policy planning, as well as China's nuclear power legislation problems. The key to China's nuclear power development of legislation put forward the idea for China to accelerate nuclear power construction of the Basic Law, the legal system to establish the risk of nuclear power precautionary principle, we must strengthen the construction of nuclear power and nuclear waste disposal areas such as development of supporting laws and regulations.
