Study On The Construction Of The System For The Evaluation Of Judge

Building a system for the evaluation of judges is a necessary component of judges management reform, exploring and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism, which is significant for the judges professionalism and modernization to reform and improve the examination system of judges. In this paper, analyzing the role and significance of evaluation system as a starting point, the author summed up the status of current evaluation system for judges, and composited the theory of Legal, Management and Economic to do a in-depth study on necessarily of establishing the judges evaluation system. To move forward a single step, the author promoted the conception of judges evaluation system, which concludes following six aspects, such as establishing the aim of judge evaluation system, constructing the committee for the evaluation of judges, standardizing the evaluation procedures, reconstructing the evaluation criterions, diversifying evaluation approaches and comprehensively using the evaluation results. The author hopes to construct a judges evaluation system which match the characters of scientific and reasonable judges evaluation system.
