Movement of natural persons is a way required by GATS to provide service of trade in service. Although the movement of natural persons in the share of international trade in services is not great, its contribution to national economic development can't be ignored, especially had an important impact on the economic development of developing countries which has a large population.As one of the world fast-growing developing countries, India has entered the ranks of world services trade power. There into, the movement of natural persons is the main form of providing services. As a major exporter of trade in service, India tried to promote the liberalization of international trade in services, particularly in the movement of natural persons has made unremitting efforts. In the accession to the World Trade Organization, the Indian government made commitment on market access and national treatment about movement of natural persons. Meanwhile, its domestic laws and institutions have also been regulated movement of natural persons. Business visa and employment visa are closely related visas to movement of natural persons, there are specific requirements for the applicants of the two types of visas.In addition to domestic laws and relevant system, India is also actively involved in international cooperation with Singapore, South Korea and other countries, they signed a lot of trade agreements relating to movement of natural persons. As the same background and situation country with India, China has made many achievements in the process of global economic integration, but also has many problems. Through introduction of India's experience on movement of natural persons, it may give some guidance to the Chinese System.
