China and India are the two countries that have the venerable civilization and long history, and they are similar in many aspects. After getting independence, China has chosen the people's democratic dictatorship of the socialistic system as the state system, and the people's congress system as the form of government, then they constitute our country's most fundamental political system together. But India has chosen to follow the western capitalist democracy, and implemented parliamentary democracy. China and India all have suffered in the colonial plunder. And they are similar to the lack of democracy and the rule of law based when they get the independence.
