Research On The Function Of Rural Social Work In Building Harmonious Rural Society

Harmonious rural society is the important part of the harmonious socialist society, and is the key and difficult point of constructing harmonious socialist society. Solving the social problem is the common concern of the constructing harmonious rural society and developing social work. The proposal of constructing harmonious rural society provided an opportunity for the rural social work. Rural social work will play an important role in the process of constructing harmonious rural society by special values and methods. In actual, the relationship of this two is mutual promotion. This article is from the point of rural social work to research the construction of harmonious rural society, and detailed analyses the function of rural social work. Secondly, from the perspective of rural social work, the main problems in the process of constructing the harmonious rural society concerns four aspects, the construction of individual harmonious, the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship, the construction of harmonious relationship of people and society, the construction of harmonious relationship of people and nature.Part two: On the basis of the division of problems in the process of building harmonious rural society, the function of rural social work is divided three aspects. First, helping people out of troubles and ability construction are the function for individual. Second, the function for interpersonal relationship involves the mediation of farms and government. Third, the function for society mainly refers to social administration and integrating resources.Part three: Simply introducing the status and problems of development of the rural social work in china. At present, the development of rural social work aren't ripe, but there are many problems ,for example, the establishment of values system, the low of the affirm social, and lack of the professional social worker and so on .Part four: Against the existing social problems in rural areas, the rural social work plays the very important role in four areas. In the construction of individual harmonious, the rural social work emphases the cultivating New Farmers. In the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship, the concern of rural social work is promoting grassroots democracy. In the construction of harmonious relationship of people and society, the rural social work is around the center of strengthening of rural social undertakings. In the construction of harmonious relationship of people and nature, the rural social work emphases strengthen of the rural environmental protection.
