Research On Harmonious Society Of Rural Area In The Process Of Information

Our country has stepped into a more critical development period. On one hand, theconstruction of a harmonious society relates to not only the achievement of Chinese dream,but also the harmonious relationship between rural area and society. Therefore, we shouldspare no effort to promote the construction of harmonious society in the countryside. On theother hand, human beings have come to the information age from the industrial age with thedevelopment of the society and the progress of modern civilization. What’s more, increasinginformational construction has a deep influence on its economic, political, cultural and otherfields in the society. It is supported by information that achieving the transition fromtraditional agriculture to modern agriculture, developing rural productivity, cultivating newfarmers, and improving the level of rural science-education-culture-health and so on. TheEighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that we shouldpromote harmonized development of industrialization, IT application, urbanization andagricultural modernization. The No.1Central Document clearly showed that we shouldpromote the construction of modern agriculture by quickening informatization. It has becomethe inevitable choice for socialism in our country by speeding up informational means todevelop and improve the level of rural informatization and the construction of ruralharmonious society.This paper studies the present situation of the construction of rural harmonious societyand that of informatization, which combines with each other organically. The paper shows thefeasibility and values in promoting the construction of rural harmonious society. We finallyput forward the informational means to promote the construction of rural harmonious societyby using clear thinking, deep investigation and research. The main part of this thesis includesfour parts. The first part is the introduction, which covers the background, research purposeand significance, research reviews and innovation points. The second part is about theoverview of the construction of the harmonious society in our country, which includes the concept and connotation of the rural harmonious society, the rural harmonious societyconstruction standard, achievements and the problems existing in the construction. The thirdpart introduces the values of informatization in the construction of the rural harmonioussociety. It points out the connotation of informatization, the values of information in theconstruction of the rural harmonious society. The forth part studies the path of promoting ruralharmonious society by using the approach of informatization. It covers two aspects. One is topromote all-around informatization construction, and the other is to construct ruralharmonious society by means of informatization.
