The Study On Chianese Archaic Thought Of Rule By Virtue About Modern Value

After 30 years of reform and opening up, China has basically formed a complete socialist market economic system. But we must note that because of the differences of system, consciousness and culture, a lot of problems emerged in the process of building the market economic system, which will go against the formation of normal economic order and interfere with the continue, quick and healthy development of market economic. From the May 4 Movement, people conducted a comprehensive cultural critique to traditional culture,especially Confucianism. People's ideological and moral situation has not only improved significantly, but also many new problems have emerged, which has aroused deep concern and reflection.It is in this situation, the idea of virtue was again raised. January 2001 General Secretary Jiang Ze-min attended the national meeting of propaganda with the comrades discussion meeting: "in the progress of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and developing the socialist market economy, we must constantly strengthen the socialist legal system, rule by law, at the same time we should unswervingly strengthen the building of socialist morality, rule by virtue. "This discourse is the radical new thought of the combination of virtue and the rule of law governing strategy,the inheritance and development of the theory of Marxism nations, is profound reflection of Chinese intellectual and moral state, with far-reaching historical significance and of strong practical significance.As an ancient country with civilization over five thousand years, China is known by the state of ceremonies。After thousands of years of baptism and the test,A large number of outstanding heritage of traditional Chinese culture has been inherited developed and accumulated as the great spiritual wealth。Traditional moral ideology is constantly developing and evolving in this historical process. Therefore, studying of traditional moral ideology has important practical significance and reference value for the strengthening and improving the governance system of combination of virtue and the rule of law.This paper consists of three parts.The first part that is the second chapter, which is showed the relationship between the archaic rule by virtue and the Marxist as the theoretical basis of this thesis. The second part that is chapter three mainly discuss the background and conditions of moral ideology origination, the contents and characteristics of moral ideology and the development process of moral ideology, then comments on the historical role of traditional moral thoughts on this based. The third part of article IV mainly clarify the relationship between traditional moral ideology and the new virtue and show the status of moral development and serious problems of moral area under the socialist market economic system, then come to the conclusion that it is necessary to strengthen the moral construction and promote the rule of virtue by figure out the contemporary value of the traditional moral ideology.
