People's mediation program is the development of the people's mediation system,the law states that activities during the course must be followed and fulfilled the order of time or space, form and procedure,people's mediation process is to realize the rights and obligations of peopl's mediation important procedural safeguards.At present,people's mediation system has been widely used in China,but the theory and practice is the establishment are not given due attention.
