Such an inertial thinking makes their relation once in a tense situation. Along with the development of society, medium in our country have already surpassed before both on account and influence power, and lots of facts remind Public Security Organs to review their relation. Establishing the long-term mechanism to keep a win-win relationship with medium is the wise choice to go with the times.The high-speed development of medium indeed is an important reason to make our government to value the relation with medium, but further analysis shows the development of democratic political forces is the direct power. Dating from 20 century 90 years, the reconstruction of the socialistic market economic system is the direct power of China's political democratization. The Sixteenth Party Congress submits the goal of comprehensive building an affluent society: develop socialist democracy, improve the socialist legal system and construct the socialism country. The high development of political civilization must change the contrast pattern of our traditional political power. Medium as an important constituent part of the social force, its supervisory, express of public opinion and democratic participation political functions would be strengthened. Although our country remains in the primary stage of socialism, the political democratic system is not perfect, the public still keenly felt the non-replacement value and function of medium in social political life.A government, which is responsible to the people and wants to get good reputation and trust from the Public, would never neglect the function of medium. Public Security Organs as the important law enforcement authority must face and solve the relation problems with medium. Due to the particularity of Public Security Organs, the meaning of the relation between Public Security Organs and the Media is more urgency and realistic.
