The Investigation And Countermeasures Of Police Physical Education To Police Colleges In Henan Province

With the continuous development of our society, it is difficult to safeguard national security and social stability for police. The police physical education is an important course that can help police college students to improve their physical qualities and master the professional skills. The improvement of students'quality affects the future of the fighting of the police team directly.This article uses literature, interview, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and so on. Through the investigation of police physical education teachers, the construction and management of teaching equipments, the teaching, extra-curricular activities and competitions, this article analyzes the problems of police physical education, deeply discusses the development countermeasures of police physical education'constructing and perfecting. This paper provides theoretical basis of improving police college students' physical qualities in Henan province, police skills and the level of combat.The survey shows:1. The degree level of police physical education teachers for police colleges in Henan province is low. Besides, teachers have few opportunities to go out for job training; the whole condition of teaching equipments is well, but the degree of socialization is not high.2. The guiding ideology and the training objectives of police physical education course is diversified, and the textbooks that many teachers used are written by themselves.3. There are the coures of physical training, combatting, tactics, shooting and driving in Henan police colleges; the teaching method of skill courses is"traditional teaching"; the teaching mode of police physical education is the skills mastery.4. The evaluation content of police physical education courses is professional.5. The students were not satisfied with the teaching, the satisfaction of students is 64% to the courses of police physical education; the condition of extra-curricular training and activities is well, and students basically exercise an hour every day.6. There are many difficult problems in Henan police colleges. For exmple, the class quantity doesn't arrange more enough, the teaching equipments are lack of, the police physical education teachers' salary and scientific research ability are not high and so on.Based on the problems of police physical education for police colleges in Henan province, the author puts forward:1.
