The Management And Education Research On College Student Soldiers Of Armed Police Forest Force

This paper study on the education and management of college student soldiers base on the status of The Armed Police Forest Force(APFF)college student soldiers.we analyzed the present policy and its problems of enrolled undergraduate in our country.We also analyzed the psychological behavior characteristics、education management problems and the reasons base on comprehensive investigation of Forster Forces College Student Soldiers.Then,we discussed the suggestions of enrolled undergraduate’s education management.1.There were seven features in enrolled undergraduate of Armed Police Forest Force: they had a complex structure and high ability,strong enthusiasm,realistic and diversified motivation,higher education academic levels and scarce capacity.They also had rich social experience but deviation faith,more obvious characteristics but drawback weaknesses.They can adapt to military environment quickly and have a strong sense of democracy and heavy rebellious.2.There were some problems of Current Education Management of Forste Force College student soldiers,including vague recognition and inadequate attention;Poor implementation and strict requirements;hysteresis and inflexible working methods;weak quality and measures;No retained And serious loss.3.The main reasons for the current problems of Forest Forces College soldiers’ Educational Management are unfocused education、insufficient scientific management and irrational utilization.4.We should consider three aspects to improve the efficiency of Forest Forces college student soldiers’ educational and management: Graspping their characteristics,Strengthening correct education,adjustting their "Perspectives",using their advantages;Proactive care to them with strict management and help them for healthy development.
