Cohesive Device To Protection Of Consumer Privacy

As the rapid development of the economy of our country, the infringements of Privacy become more and more frequent, no matter in the real life or under the internet environment, Privacy of consumers continued to be violated so the fact that the protection of consumer privacy concern. But in our country the research of the law protecting system start too late, privacy laws in China don't exist as a independent personality,people often protect their privacy indirectly,mainly through other channels,such as violations of the reputation,which makes consumer privacy in practice can't be effectively protected. This paper has a full analysis on privacy protection through five parts,which enrich the content of consumers'rights .The first part discusses the conception,content and the characteristics of privacy and consumers'privacy right. Consumers'privacy right is embodied in the privacy rights on consumers ,it not only has privacy characteristics,but also has its own characteristics.The second part mainly discusses the reasons, manifestation of the infringement of consumers'pravicy rights. The infringement of consumers'pravicy rights manifests three forms, and gives some reasons.The third part from the current situation to the protection of privacy legislation, and analysizes the privacy protection system defects.The fourth part uses comparison of the methods to offshore privacy protection mode, in order to make our country choice.The fifth part stresses the system structure of consumers'privacy rights in china. It includes constructing a complete law system of protection, confirming the legal status of privacy, completing a series of laws and regulations, strengthening the profession autonomy, enhancing the awareness of self-protection, reinforcing the international cooperation and communication .
