At present, migrant workers labor rights are infringed, social security rights and interests are severely lack, so old-age insurance system for migrant workers are of urgency and priority. Therefore, the perfect old-age insurance system for migrant workers is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the Marxist materialist, the benefit analysis, the main analysis, causal analysis and other analytical methods are used, and the author carefully study the problem of rural migrant workers'old-age insurance, analyze the root causes and put forward a sound pension system response according to the European Union and Singapore's experience in old-age insurance system, combined with China's pension system.The problems of Chinese migrant workers pension insurance are as follow: the low rate of migrant workers insured with the high surrender rate; the high payment and the low treatment; it is difficult to transfer pension insurance between different regions; old-age insurance system for migrant workers is of difficult and Invalid convergence.The issue of migrant workers pension insurance has underlying reasons and specific reasons. The root cause lies in the system reasons, the specific reasons are from governments, employers and migrant workers. the plight of migrant workers is rooted in urban-rural dual economic and social gap. The specific reasons are as follows: the local government interest led to fragmentation of peasant workers pension insurance status, migrant workers with poor knowledge, young age and low-income will be lack of old-age insurance, and enterprises prefer to reduce production costs and reduce expenditure on old-age insurance of migrant workers.Old-age insurance system for migrant workers can be summed up as rural models, urban models and independent mode. The final status of migrant workers in different models determines the focus of their old-age insurance. Overall, to establish independent insurance system for migrant workers are popular view. But government wants to take migrant workers into the urban pension insurance system and treat them equal as urban workers.The difficulty and key of endowment insurance of migrant workers in areas lies in the transfer of co-ordinate account settings.
