Since the late 1980s,Migrant workers has gradually became a large migrant workers.They are from rural areas into completely unfamiliar city,facing the huge risk of city life.And also they are in urgent need of social insurance to solve the city life.While "female migrant workers" as a big city in a corner of the "dual vulnerable groups",in the city of material life and spiritual life is not satisfactory.Some "tangible"and "intangible" factors blur the perception of their identity,hindering the realization of its urbanization.While women migrant workers have urban workers cognitive status of migrant workers is an important step towards urbanization.Therefore,in our country,under the background of promoting the new urbanization makes new progress,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,rural migrant women identity cognitive has increasingly become a distinct characteristics.However,the existing studies on female migrant workers' social security more concentrate on the level of theoretical discussion,lacking of systematic and comprehensive support experience.Therefore,this article based on the social gender perspective as a starting point,logical support for identity theory.Exploring how to get the level of success of women migrant workers into the city from cognitive psychology,investigating the ginseng of women migrant workers social security status of Zhejiang province,further analysis and fuzzy women migrant workers identity cognitive factors,and then put forward the promotion of female migrant workers transformed the city identity cognition countermeasures.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing "migrant workers identity cognition and town worker identity cognition" relevant theory research,we focus on analyzing the current status of women migrant workers pay and access to social welfare social insurance;Second takes the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot interview combined examination of women migrant workers working attitude,the current situation of the social security and the degree of the cognition of urban workers identity,in the questionnaire on the basis of the preliminary investigation and modify,successively in Hangzhou jianggan district issued 420 questionnaires,get 408 effective samples;Then using SPSS through the reliability and validity test of the sample data,independent samples T test,cross contingency table analysis such as statistical research,measure the current Hangzhou identity cognition of gender differences and influencing factors of rural migrant workers.The final analysis of factors affecting women migrant workers to obtain the identity of the city mainly reflect the following factors(1)Individual basic characteristics:age,education,or without labor contracts,work experience in the company;(2)social welfare factors:whether there is a second child wishes,whether you realize affordable housing policies and ever you enjoyed affordable housing;(3)social insurance factors:pension insurance,medical insurance,maternity insurance,industrial injury insurance and unemployment insurance are significant factor that affect women migrant workers urban identity recognized known;(4)the level of job factors:whether the company's female employees can enjoy the "four" special treatment,whether the company of male and female workers equally,whether the company to the urban and rural workers equally and so on.Then,the factors above qualified would included in logistic regression equation,in order to obtain the identity of women migrant workers cognitive impact of the size of each variable,and we can make more accurate hypothesis analysis and judgment.
