Research On Social Old Age Insurance Of Chinese Urban Migrant Workers

The urban migrant workers has long been a fringe group of cities, excluded from the urban elderly support system of city, and divorced from the rural elderly support system. As the fast development of the course of China's urbanization, the number of urban migrant workers is constantly increasing. A large number of urban migrant workers without living security will resort in cities, which will have an effect on the urban stability, development of economy and society in cities and towns. This actuality makes it clear that urban migrant workers' reasonable rights and interests are being neglecting and harming, which we should not let it continue any more.This article studies systematically the urban migrant workers' old-age insurance system in terms of system innovation. On the background of the fast development of the course of China's urbanization, it analyses China's urban migrant workers pension insurance status. The author believe that to solve the problem of urban migrant workers' basic old-age insurance, there is no need to establish a totally new old-age insurance system, the reasonable way is just by perfecting existed system and bring this group into the improved system finally.
