On The Ways To Disseminate Legal Information Of The Court And Their Effect

As the country's judicial organ, the Court is an important subject to disseminate law. It is of great significance to research on legal dissemination of the Court. Today as the media is highly developed, no one can be separate from society. The time, "When the law is unknown, the power is unpredictable," is long past. In order to be authoritative and make rapid development, the court has to take effective measures initiatively. According to available information, few scholars have researched in this area, not to mention the research on legal dissemination of the Court. The author conducted a brief analysis of the ways to disseminate law of the court, and concluded that they can be divided into direct and indirect legal dissemination. And then the author talked about the effect of the dissemination activities, summing up the strengths and weaknesses of the ways. At the end of the article, the author made some recommendations to improve the legal dissemination activities of the court: first, construct an advanced court culture; second, perfect the spokesman system; third, enhance the communication quality of the staff of the court; forth, make full use of dissemination skills; fifth, establish a standardized mechanism for legal information dissemination.
