Problems And Improvement Measures In The Popularization Of Law In China In The New Period

law dissemination which begins in 1985 is a law publicity education project guided by the government and it is implemented for all the citizen who has receptivity.This project is implemented once for each five years and it has implemented for six times with the last time ended in 2015.The thirty years development introduces Chinese law governed progress in a special way.law dissemination is the necessary way to law governed country.The orderly cooperation between citizen and government as well as the orderly cooperation between citizens is the need of social governance model reorganization.law dissemination is a social problem and it is also an important way for people to form law governed thoughts and ethic.This thesis mainly includes four parts:The first part includes the introduction to legal education development of our country in the new period,research status and literature review.In this part,the author summarizes the law dissemination research,interdisciplinary research and problem research of scholars at home and abroad.The author also introduces the research thought and method,difficulties and innovation.Chapter one is the introduction to Chinese law dissemination of the new period which includes the connotation of law dissemination,law dissemination education and the goal of law dissemination education.It is also a review to the historical development process of Chinese law dissemination education from 1985.In this part,the author introduces the characteristics of Chinese law dissemination,unification of diversity and Standardization,and the unification of object popularization and importance-orientationIn the second chapter,the author expounds the problems and reasons of Chinese law dissemination.Problems mainly include the misunderstanding of different subject and audience and the mismatch of supply and demand of law dissemination,the difficulty of law dissemination is the pertinence deficiency of farmers and city migrant population's law dissemination.There is a deviation between law dissemination content and object,and the law dissemination evaluation has low reliability.The reasons of these problems mainly include two parts: the legal education idea transformation is irrelevant to the development of times,the mismatch of the legal education supply and contradiction of the early awareness of law.In chapter three,the author discusses the improvement measures to solve the problem of the law dissemination in our country.To formulate demand oriented theory and law dissemination system which fits the development of times based on the regime of the supply and demand of law dissemination...
