China's Educational Resource Optimization Of Legal Inquiry

Education plays a strategic,global and leading role in a country, and the scarcity of public education resources lead to the necessity of allocating it reasonably. The involvement and adjustment of law to education is an important embodiment of the full implementation of the basic strategy of managing state affairs according to law and the conception of scientific development. This will contribute to the formation of harmonious education.the justice and effciency should be the most important principle when allocating the public education resources of our country. According to the current situation of chinese education, we should realize the legal protection of allocating education resources from the following 5 aspects: the educational legislation, observance of the law, law enforcement, judiciary and jural supervision in order to balance the development of education.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part of the educational resources and the legal right to control the content of a preliminary analysis.
