With the development of the Times, the humanized management has become the development trend of the organization and management. In Japan, the United States and other developed countries, some organizations apply the humanized management theory successfully, however, the application of the humanized management in administrative organizations is rarely and related achievement is lack also. How to combine the characteristic of Chinese administrative organization and the humanized management theory to excavate the inside information of the humanized management in modern administrative organization management, and meet the need of the Public Administration, require our deep think. This thesis bases on the related research result in and our of our country about humanized management, analyses the concept, trait and content of humanized management, expounds the necessity and importance of the application of the humanized management in administrative organizations, also compares the case of the application of the humanized management in other organization in foreign country, and then it points out the problem and deficiency of the application of the humanized management in administrative organizations, at last it gives tactics of realize the humanized management in administrative organizations and provides valuable reference for the administrative organization management to make it more scientific and effective.This paper tries to use "people-oriented" humanized management theory to guide the humanized management, and emphasizes express the dominant position of the person who worked in the administrative organization. Also it requires to combine the emotion management, democratic management, cultural management and self-management together to realize the "employee-first" humanized management theory in the administrative organization, and then unleash the subjective initiative of administrative employee, push innovation of the administrative organization to form the mechanism of the humanized management which possess the characteristic of the administrative organization. This paper use ways like theoretical research, case study, through the research of the humanized management theory and the comparison of the result which the theory used in other organization to put forward the necessity and importance of its application in the administrative organization, and gets the conclusion that the humanized management theory need to be used in the administrative organization. On account of the problem and deficiency of the humanized management in our administrative organizations, it raises relevant strategy to use the humanized management theory better and drive the administrative organization move forward, then brings out the mechanism of the humanized management and enhances the efficiency of the administrative organization.
