The Legal Protection Of Vulnerable Groups

Vulnerable groups are social phenomenon existing in every society and internatio(?) phenomenon. Its persistence, spread and intensity have serious influence on the economy development and social stability, which has caused significant affection to the internation(?) community, so all governments and states resolve this problem with related polition systems and measures. Protection is the key to solve the problem of vulnerable groups. It has been found that the law is the most effective method to protect vulnerable groups' legitimate rights, so we have to strength the study of vulnerable groups'legal protection. This thesis is divided into five parts, the basic framework and main contents are as follows:In the first part, we mainly state the concept, characteristics and classification of vulnerable groups. Because vulnerable groups are dynamic social groups, so there are different explanations about vulnerable groups'definition from different views. However, vulnerable groups have some common features, such as power poverty, economical poverty and universality and so on; meanwhile, the classification of vulnerable groups is also great significance for us to study vulnerable groups.In the second part,we mainly state the causes of vulnerable groups. the study and analysis of vulnerable groups'causes will help us to resolve legal protection problems of vulnerable groups'rights. So we not only take a temporary solution but also affect a permanent cure. The methodology of analyzing and researching on vulnerable groups finds a better way for us to research problems.In the third part, we mainly state the basic principles of vulnerable groups'legal protection, and its relationship with Social Security Law. We can know better about the necessity and urgency of protecting vulnerable groups'rights from the statement of the basic principles of vulnerable groups'legal protection. Besides, we can establish a complete vulnerable groups'protection law system from the research of vulnerable groups and their relationship with Social Security Law. It's also very important for us to deal with the relationship of vulnerable groups'protection law system with other laws.In the fourth part, we mainly state the efforts and existing problems of vulnerable groups'legal protection. Based on the research of the efforts and existing problems of vulnerable groups, we can take further measures to find the entry point and a better solution. Through the statement of foreign vulnerable groups'legal protection, it can help us to learn each others'experiences and draw lessons from mistakes, so as to achieve the effect of selecting the refined and discarding the crude.In the fourth part, we mainly state how to improve our system of legal protection of vulnerable groups. We mainly state this from four parts:the first one is to complete legislation system, the second one is to intensify law enforcement protection, the third one is to complete the judicial protection system, and the fourth one is to strengthen self-protection awareness of vulnerable groups.
