Research Into Sociocultural Change Of Migrants In The Perspective Of Daily Life

Since the 20th century, the early 90s, china demonstrated the feasibility of Three Gorges project. The Three Gorges resettlement is put on the agenda. This was the largest and most widespread of reservoir resettlement so far. It has a large population of popular, fast, rapid changes in characteristics, and influence the stability and development of society as a whole far-reaching. So, since the beginning of the immigration work, the immigration caused the domestic social and academic attention. Along migration is the Three Gorges resettlement by the main form, and they must change in order to adapt to the community after migrant in the livelihoods, customs, interpersonal interaction and interaction between the villagers and the government . This thesis will explain the current situation and process of sociocultural change of xituo migrant in Chongqing by everyday life and analyse the reasons and effect of sociocultural change through the investigation in three village:zhu jingshan , yanjiang and Taiping Qiao .A total of four chapters thesis.To the cause and significance of the topics explained, to sort out on the related research, and related concepts in this study, case selection and research process, The first chapter "Introduction" will explained and define. These are the overall background of this study.Chapter II to Chapter V for the field data analysis section, are also the main part of this thesis and analyse migrant social and lifestyle changes by everyday life of migrant. Chapter II is discussed in detail these changes of production methods in before and after migrationits.The third chapter mainly interpret lifestyle changes by the change of migrant housing,transport,work and rest,consumption,full diet,and so on.Chapter IV mainly explain inter-communion between migration and government, migration and migration,aboriginal and migration. The fifth chapter analyses the characteristics, effects and influence of the lifestyle changes .And it expound the differences between generations of migrants Tujia and the ethnic identity and analyses the trend of it, then promote the way of healthy development to social stability.Finally conclusions.The lifestyle change of migrant has a long process and affect by various factors. But in conclusion,it attributed to internal and external constraints of migrant community.It not only conducive to the stability of migrant community but also the whole society through concerning and resolving problems in the lifestyle change of migrant timely.
