It is a modern society that emphasizes the protection of human rights. As the widespread concern from the international community points to the issue of criminal's person right, the labor management of criminal in prison which is one of important segments of China's judicial system must face with the issue how to connect with the world. Among them, the labor management of female criminal is more concerned because of gender specificity . At present , the national Prison system is reformed deeply in accordance with the reform objectives—"the rotection to full coverage, disconnection between prison with enterprise, disconnection between income with expenditure, the Specification in operation". The article try to do a preliminary study in the labor management of female criminal in prison , enrich and develop the labor management theory of female criminal in prison, improve the labor management status of emale criminal in prison, and carry forward the current reformation of China's prison system.The core point in the article is that, although the reformation in prison's system have achieved success in a certain extent, the labor management of female criminal in prison still have a lot of inadequacy by the limitations of the old law enforcement concept, the current management system and the policemen own management quality. So I think it is the first imperative to improve the level of labor management of female criminal in the law-based , the systematized , the standardized and the scientific.The innovations in the article is that the article attempts to find a new perspective of "syllogism" to re-examine, reflect, and promote the theoretical research in the labor management of the female criminal in the prison. Throughout the study history of the labor management of female criminal in the prison at home and abroad , a small amount of research results will only be limited to the labor rights of criminals in prison and the micro perspective in one aspect of the labor management process . There is no one which study comprehensively and systematicly the issue from a combination of macro and micro. But no one study from the criminal status change by the social–the prison—the social.The article argue the issue about the labor management of female criminal in the prison in the ways of asking, analyzing and solving issue.Introduction includes three aspects . First , the article briefly explain the necessary of study about the labor management of female criminal in the prison in China. Second, the article conduct a preliminary analysis of the status quo so as to raise questions. Third , it is a general introduction to the core of this framework of ideas and discussion.The first chapter in the article discussed the general theory in the labor management of female criminal in the prison . This section define the concept of the criminal labor management in the prison. It design the theoretical framework of the whole article. The section present the important content of the implementation of proposed criminal penalties ,the primary means of correcting and education and the effective way of the protection of the work right of prisoners . And the part discuss some characteristics of labor management of female criminal, for example the "diversity" , "emotional" and "personalized" . Also the part present the basis managenment rule which the management should do legally , scientifically , directly.The second chapter study the history and development about the labor management in the prison , present the practical result of labor management of female criminal in the prison after the reformation of jail system , and analyze the current management status and the cause . the article point out that although there are great achievement in the labor management of female criminal in the prison , the level of management about the male criminal in the prison is low and closed. And there are a great distance to the target of the scientific, socialization, legal and standardization of modern civilization . Based on the protection of human rights in modern society ruled by law , it show that the but stressed that our right female offenders in prison in labor management still remains in the closed and extensive style , experience , style of management model . The main reason is that there are the utilitarian when the policement assess the criminal conduct , the professionalism and comprehensiveness isn't absent, the level of the management concern and management manner is low and old, and the source of society is scarce.The third chapter , the article discuss how to resolve the problem about the labor management of our country's female criminals in the prisons , how to effectively build the labor management system of female criminal in the prison . The article think it is a effective management manner to adapt to China's national conditions that used the modern advanced concept of public enterprises,combined with the administration concern of " scientific management " , " people-oriented management " in public management , based on the protection mechanism of relevant laws and regulations , relevant assessment and encourage protection , start from the four angle of legalize, institutionalized, standardized and scientific.
