In our prison system,"prison Separation with the Enterprises’ reform ten years running in the background, the author of the current development of female offenders through labor management, content, process and characteristics were analyzed, in Shaanxi Province Women’s Prison, for example empirical research, for problems, based on public management "cooperation-benefit" theory, the integration of social psychology, behavior modification, the modern theory of execution, from the "unifying concept interrelated scientific implementation, seeking to develop" a more systematic presentation of four levels to adapt to today’s women Prison labor transformation "four-dimensional" management model. Use this model to make up for the lack of the original model, the female labor reform criminals to resolve conflicts that exist in the immediate and long-term economic interests of social responsibility, education of offenders in prisons and prison business operations conflicts and other issues, needs to run through the model effectively improve the quality of labor reform, skills and knowledge to help women offenders in the labor reform process, the successful reintegration, reduce recidivism, increase social efficiency of Prison Work, so that this "model" to provide practical reference for other provincial women’s prison.
