Research On The Management Of "soft Confrontation,Words And Deeds" Of Prison Criminals

In the process of the development of the party and the country,we can not do without the strong support of ruling the country according to law.With the advancement of ruling the country according to law,prison work has changed from extensive management to fine management.The education level,growth environment and family environment of the managers have been improved,but the improvement of the personal quality of prison managers is not equal to the corresponding improvement of management ability.In the face of the increasingly complex situation of criminal group reform,especially the criminals who have soft confrontation in thought,language and behavior,some old policemen follow the old method,which is easy to cause law enforcement risk;while the young police lack the ability to identify and deal with the negative signs,which is easy to cause further expansion of the situation.This paper takes XX prison in Chongqing as an example,based on the theory of public governance,quality of education and reform,risk management theory,mainly through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,starting with the prison of short-term criminals with prominent "soft confrontation words and deeds",this paper digs out the specific performance of "soft confrontation words and deeds" of criminals,from the soft confrontation in language and the soft in body This paper classifies confrontation,soft confrontation in expression,soft confrontation in behavior,and so on,so as to define the concept of "soft confrontation,words and deeds" of criminals,and analyze the causes of its emergence,and the shortcomings of the management of such criminals.XX prison in Chongqing is the only prison for short-term criminals in Chongqing.Due to historical reasons,the prison is currently divided into three temporary detention points,which are distributed in a mountainous area of Chongqing.The poor hardware conditions and poor technical and preventive facilities objectively increase the criminal’s confrontation psychology.Due to the lack of definition of "soft confrontation words and deeds" of criminals in prison science,as well as the lack of vigilance and inadequate pre judgment of some police officers,the corresponding risk management has not been made,which leads to supervision safety accidents.Through the above investigation,research and problem analysis,this paper puts forward five aspects of targeted prevention and management of "soft confrontation words and deeds" of criminals from five aspects: giving police management support in the system,accurately mastering the status of criminals’ reform,establishing "typical" of both positive and negative aspects of criminal reform,and doing a good job of coordinated management of criminals through information exchange,which lays the foundation for the formation of a complete set of management countermeasures.
