As a reality, it is difficult for rural financial institutions to Marketing loan and for farmers finance. So I suggest the key to the problem that is promoting mortgage system for the right to rural land contractual management. After property Law promulgation, the right to rural land contractual management made to be property right, this is the theoretical basis of the mortgage system for the right. In this article, beside that I have preliminary discussed how to achieve mortgage system of the right to the rural land contractual management, and concluded that the mortgage of the right to rural land contractual management can promote rural economic prosperity, achieve social fairness and justice, and is mechanism to the benefit of the rural.
