A Historical Investigation On Social Integration Of Chinese Communist Party

The basic functions of political parties and political missions is social integration of social resources in order to obtain sufficient power resources and accomplish political goals. Since the Communist Party of China was boren, they have strong ability of social integration. For the Chinese Communist Party, the effective social integration of the Chinese Communist Party in the revolution, construction, and the reform process play an important role on obtaining the masses trust, support and recognition and it also is an important prerequisite for the strategies to complete our historic mission for the party. Thus, examining and studying Chinese Communist Party's social integration feature has important theoretical value and practical significance. This article attempts to examine Chinese Communist Party's social integration from the political point of view, and from the objects, means, manner, purpose of social integration aspects ect. the examining of social integration is divided into three historical periods, then the article analyze the characteristics of different periods of social integration and the role of the Communist Party of China. At last, the paper concluded a basic experience of social integration and give the enlightenment for the Chinese Communist Party's social integration methods, provide reference for further reform and innovationThe thesis includes three parts:introduction, the main body and conclusion. And the main body can be divided into the following three chapters.The first chapter is " the basic theory analysis of social integration ".This chapter describes the meaning and main content of the "social integration", the function of social integration, the relationship between political parties and social integration. Interpreting in more detail the basic theory of social integration is to provide theoretical foreshadowing for the historical study of social integration of further studies for the Communist Party of China.The second chapter is "the Chinese Communist Party historical study of social integration. " This chapter is the focus of this article, which think the Chinese communist party's social integration experience three phases and represent three types:social integration before the founding of the ideology model, reform and opening up the executive-led model of social integration, the new era of interests guide-social integration. It is to investigate the chinese communist party's social integration about the main contents, characteristics, background, and effect in different stages.The third chapter is "the social integration experience and enlightenment of Chinese Communist Party." This chapter summarized the basic experience of Chinese Communist Party from three aspects which mean that improving the credibility of the party is an important prerequisite for social integration, realizing the fundamental interests of the people for social integration is the party's fundamental purpose, adapting to the historical tasks facing the party is a necessary requirement for social integration. On this basis, the article draw the three enlightenments:the party should focus on the social integration of the interests of integration, strengthen the value of integration, improve the system of integration.
