Theories For Party Construction Of Maxism And Party Affairs In Institutes Of Higher Education Innovation

The key to successful and smooth work in China lies in the Communist Party, while the key to successive victories of the grand course led by the Party is the Party construction. The Party construction in the institutes of higher education, which takes a crucial position in Party construction, is an important component of this new grand project.As a major force that drives forward the development of the advanced productivity forces and advanced culture, the institutes of higher education in China assume the important mission of disseminating scientific and innovative theories, of shaping positive spirits, and especially of cultivating qualified and reliable successors in China's socialist progress with Chinese characteristics of building China as a nation strong in human resources and innovation. Currently, the institutes of higher education are increasingly closely interacting with other sectors of society. These institutes have become the focal point of transmitting social thought waves, reflecting social problems, and discussing hot social issues. It becomes harder to develop and maintain the stable, harmonious and benign situation in institutes of higher education nowadays. Therefore, we should shoulder stronger responsibilities to further strengthen and improve the Party affairs with the spirit of reform and innovation, so that Party affairs in institutes of higher education can break through to a new step.Based on the fundamental Marxist principles concerning Party construction, this paper objectively summarizes and analyzes the challenges and opportunities for Party affairs in institutes of higher education in this new ear, endeavoring to bring up new concepts and measures to further strengthen and improve Party affairs from the aspects of theoretical training, organization construction, conduct construction, working mechanism, system innovation and so on.
