County-level Party organization is not only the hub of the central,local and grassroots Party committee,but also the window of the party member got the Party’s policies. Information on the development of Party affairs are closely related with grassroots organizations. So, County public affairs are of great importance.While carrying public affairs, County-level Party organization through opening the practice of public basic party principles, Party content,working mechanisms and public disclosure of information channels,close the masses relationship between the Party and the masses; enhance public confidence in personnel selection; prevent the abuse of power;improve the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of party members. And the main experience in the exploration can be summarized as the following four aspects:Relying on the masses to grasp the Party affairs; supervising the implementation of public affairs; innovating the form of public affairs.As a new thing, County-level public affairs in practice have achieved certain results, while, at the same time, there are also some difficulties:system is not perfect, practical operation is not standard, and the tendency of formalism.
