The Evolution Of Education Guideline And The Development Of China's Socialist Construction

Education as the basis for improving the quality of the whole nation and the cradle for the cultivation of socialist builders and successors, in China's socialist reform and socialist construction, education has been and will increasingly play an important strategic role. Education guideline reflects the national education goals, policies, direction, is the fundamental guiding ideology which guides the social development and personnel training, education guideline not only directly determines the basic pattern of development of China's education, but also plays a decisive role in the overall social development. Education guideline is an important category of China's educational practice, the guiding ideology and program of action of education work. In different historical periods, our party has developed the different educational policies depending on the circumstances and focus. From the establishment of the socialist education policy of the early independence to the Communist Party's 17 Reports on education guideline's new content, reflects with the continuous development of socialist construction, education policy as a dynamic concept, also will be changed. On the one hand, the evolution of education guideline depends on the mode of formation of China's socialist construction and reform need, On the other hand, the evolution of education guideline has an important role in promoting China's socialist modernization.In the social productive forces,30 years of China's reform has made great strides. How in accordance with the guidance of scientific concept of development, further the relations of production to achieve new developments, is becoming an immediate issue; and education as the key to people's livelihood, in a very important strategic position. In this paper, from the evolution of education guideline since the founding of country proceed to explore the rules of the evolution, in theory clarify the guideline on education and China's socialist construction and development of internal relations, under the conditions in the new era we may refer to a way of thinking for education and thus for reform of development.
