In1956, the completion of the transformations of the socialist marks the socialist system’s establishment in our country. China enters into the new period of the comprehensive construction of socialism. Confronted with the new situation of the world, of our country and party’s situation, according to the need of the comprehensive socialist construction, the communist party of China strengthened the ideological and political education system construction of the Party’s cadres.
