With the Reform and Opening deepened and development of the socialist new countryside construction, we should pay more attention to the vocational education in the rural areas. Vocational education and training is an important way to promote construction of human resources in rural areas. Rural women play an important role in the agricultural development, with the migrating of male labor force to non-agricultural, agricultural feminization is a new tendency. Therefore, the quality of the agriculture in the future depends on the quality of rural women's management to the agricultural resources and the quality of themselves. So, rural women's vocational education influences the construction of socialist new countryside. However, there are many problems in development of rural women's vocational education. For this reason, to study the relationship of rural women's vocational education and rural development is a meaningful question for study on the sides of theory and reality.This paper is divided into five chapters. In the first part, it is a summary of this study, including research background, research significance,the present situation about this issue and the method of research. In the second part, main concepts and theories were introduced. In the third part, according to the investigation of XiGuan village in LuShi county, the situation of rural women's vocational education was showed up. The problems were concentrated in the low level of rural women's education, physical and psychological pressure, waste of labor resources in rural women and low participation of rural women in vocational education. In the forth part, the factors of influence rural women's vocational education were analyzed, it mainly analyzed from physiological, psychological, gender, economic and time. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for promoting the development of rural women's vocational education. First, better external environment should be provided by government and social organization. Second, the system of vocational education should be built, include primary, secondary and higher vocational education. Besides, vocational training should be carried out, and achieve women's lifelong education.
