The spread of terrorism brings disaster to all countries and people. Various countries all positively formulate and perfect their anti-terrorism legislations to prevent and combat terrorism crime. Germany ,as an important part of the European Union,plays an important role in the struggle against international terrorism and pays a great effort. Germany is a continental law system country like China. Although the law system is different, there are many places worth studying and using for reference.After the 9/11 event, German Federal Council passed German law against international terrorism by the agreement of the senate in the January 9,2002,which remained valid until January 2007. The act mainly revises the domestic existing laws against terrorism and its purpose is for the original legal loopholes to combat and prevent terrorism crime better. As a continuation of the act, German federal parliament passed the anti-terrorism added act on January 5, 2007.Besides the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, this part briefly introduces the German law against international terrorism legislation work, including the development of legislation, the legislative background and legislative mode; secondly, this part discusses its contents, according to the contents of correlation, dividing roughly into nine aspects; thirdly, this part analyses the legislative from Legislative Features, value and effect; finally, this part summarizes its legislative inspiration and addresses of reference on our anti-terrorism legislation.
