Studies On Low-rent Housing System In Our Country

Housing security system is an important component of the Social security system, while the low-rent housing system is the basis of the housing security system, bearing on the social stability and sustainable economic development. Since 2007, low-rent housing system of our country has entered a new stage of development. In the new situation, a new round of research boom has set off and contributed to the improvement of low-rent housing system, thus promoting the development of the practice of low-rent housing .So far, low-rent housing system has basically established in all regions of our country,but because of the various parts of the level of economic development, the Government's emphasis and the establishment of different lengths of time, low-rent housing is in the uneven levels of development across the country, even in the the most developed places, such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and so on, there are many legal issues. In view of this, in a whole perspective of China's housing security system,by means of the macro grasp of the low-rent housing system to conduct research and analysis, thereby my article exposes the problems in the process of building the low-rent housing system, finally, proposing ideas to solve the problems or putting forward the suggestions ,to wish they are helpful for the building of low-rent housing system in our country.This article has more than 30000 words, and the body is divided into three parts.Partâ… An overview of low-rent housing system.
