Study On Consumers' Regret Right System

Chinese consumers' regret right system first appeared in the 1900 s, the official national legislation was in 2013, just less than three years, and the entire system is still in its early research. The study on consumers' regret right system overseas began in the 1960 s, and now half a century has elapsed, the system is in ripe. The gap is apparent between Chinese and the overseas. In order to improve Chinese consumers' regret right system and raise the level of protecting the consumers, it is necessary for us to study on consumers' regret right system. At the beginning of study, we should have preliminary knowledge of basic concept about consumers' regret right, which is the theoretical basis for further research. To gain a more clear understanding of the development of Chinese consumers' regret right system, the author compare Chinese with the German on legislation of consumers' regret right system, then we know it clearly that Chinese consumers' regret right system is behind the Germany. We find Chinese defect in the institutional legislation and the advance in Germany legislation, and we can improve Chinese legislation and build up more reasonable legal system, combined Chinese conditions with the Germany advantage. In addition to the issue of legislation, there are many problems in practice, which include the abuse of the right, the lack of supporting system, the legal application to the grey areas, etc. the author have put forward targeted recommendations to these issues. The article is focused on discovering the problems on Chinese consumers' regret right system, and the methods and suggestion are raised up to improve the level of protecting the consumers, thus Chinese economic development can be promoted indirectly.
