A Study On The Causes And Countermeasures For The Difficulties Of The Peasant-workers' Safeguarding

The difficulty of the peasant-workers'safeguarding is a hot issue among the historical,political,economical,judicial,social, psychological area,and so on.In this paper, the cause and the strategy of this difficulty will be analyzed. The paper The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is a brief overview of the cases to be analyzed case, the proposition and research progress, and introduced the idea of this article and the structural arrangements.The second analyzed the difficulties summarized by migrant workers'safeguarding,such as"difficult to reason", "difficult to prosecute", " difficult to retrial ", "difficult to enforce".The third part analyzed these difficulties wih the knowledge of history,olitics,economy, jurisprudence,sociology,and psychology.This paper argues that peasant-workers'safeguarding is not a special country, regime, history problem;These causes,such as official corruption,local protection,labor buyer's market, the bubble economy credit crisis emerged, and the imperfect market environment, should owe to the difficulty of the peasant-workers'safeguarding.The fouth part analyzed some strategies to solve the problems above.The paper suggeted the difficuly should be solved through development at a correct concept of time.It must be adhered to the unit of "the rule of law, people's master of the country and the party's leadership",and seek the direction of development of China's rule of law in the most optimal choiceThe fifth and the last part,is a conclusion of this paper,which recalls the "Government Work Report" in past years.The possible innovational analysis in this paper would help to more comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the causes and countermeasures of the pesant workers'safeguarding, and make reasonable suggestions.Next, the direction of expansion is to further strengthen the empirical research to provide evidence for the rationalization proposals, and to promote sound and fast development of the relevant institution building.
