Research On Cyber-political Participation In China

With the development of Internet technology, the way people live has been deeply changed. Meanwhile, a new revolution occurred in the area of human political civilization. Many new methods of citizen-political participation, such as e-democracy,e-government, political blog surpass the barriers of time and space in modern countries, reduce the cost of political participation and provide a modern platform for civic growth. But cyber-political participation is apt to be irrational and may not be restrained by morals system. Worth still, it will present a threat to the national security. Therefore, the important issue that how to keep this participation developing orderly comes to the government and citizen.Carding the concept of cyber-political participation firstly this thesis sorts out the advantage and disadvantage of it by studying the origin and evolvement of this participation in our country and provides some suggestion on cyber-political participation.
