The Analysis Of The Influences Of Netizen Internationalization To Political Stability In China

Netizen internationalization is the inevitable outcome of the development of economic globalization and network technology. Economic globalization changes the citizen of a country into the citizen of the world, in the process of which network plays an irreplaceable role. To some extent, netizen internationalization is the extension of citizen globalization under the circumstance of virtual. Netizen are citizen in reality. They have twofold identities, which can react on each other. It may cause negative web-based political mobilization when the characteristics of internationalized netizen used by anti-government organizations.By taking political stability and web-based political mobilization as the starting points, combining with the study of development of network and economic globalization, this paper is divided into four parts. By exposing the development of network and economic globalization, the first part of this paper indicates the background and meaning of the title and draws the conclusion that "the influences of the netizen internationalization should be pay attention to". Then the part expounds the necessity, importance and the logic of studying how to eliminate the negative influences of netizen internationalization, and policies from scholars and experts. The second part is the concept explanation of netizen internationalization and political stability. The article stresses on illuminating the concept, background and basic forms of netizen internationalization and combing the theory of political stability, in order to make the readers have an overview of them. From the aspects of positive and negative, the third part analyses the changes of Chinese political stability caused by netizen internationalization. And it analyzes deeply the causes of the negative influences. The fourth part puts forward the basic measures to solve the negative influences from inspects of regulation, legality and ideology.By integrating literature analysis, historical analysis and case analysis, this paper studies the topic above, hoping to help the elimination of negative influences and find a way for the harmonious and healthy development of netizen internationalization.
