Labor relations are the most basic kind of social relations, a stable social relationships with a stable labor relations.The major propositions to building a socialist harmonious society has proposed by Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC, brought us a major issue to Building Harmonious Labor Relations.The present stage of China's market economy is in a period of Economic restructuring, the labor relations have undergone tremendous changes.At present, although establishing a market economy-oriented relationship between the labor contract law, implemented in order to market allocation of labor resources as a new employment system dominated. But, the impact of the labor system that under the traditional planned economic system still exists,the concept is far from being deeply rooted among the labor contract, in real life, the fact that labor relations and labor relations exist in large numbers hidden, lead the current labor relations were very irregular. This chaotic state of labor relations, is not conducive to Building Harmonious Labor Relations, and also not conducive to the deepening of reform and social stability.In this paper, the history of labor relations in China study, analysis in different historical periods and different economic system, China's labor relations presented by the changes in characteristics.At the same time examine the state of these changes have taken appropriate legal regulatory measures and the results obtained, China's labor relations and an analytical summary of the status quo, trying to find a harmonious labor relations, regulatory status of labor relations in China some of the measures with a view to harmonious labor relations in China Construction, the building of a harmonious society to make a trace of the contribution.
