Research On Comprehensive Management Of Drug Crime In Central Asia

The drug problems have affected the world's economic development and social progress.The existence of the drug trade in Central Asia is an important factor to regional conflicts, drug traffickings undermined the local judicial systems and procedures, caused a substantial increase in other local crimes.The drugs posed a serious threat to including China, as well as the Central Asian countries, neighboring countries. Drugs led to conflict throughout Central Asia, and known as the nternational terrorist organization's long-term stable source of finance. In particular, the drug trades'and the "three evil forces'"easingly close combination, which not only have becomed a long-term stable source of finance, which also maked the Central Asian's violent conflict greatly increasing.I insist the measures of the whole connecting, focus on the finding and analyzing of current events , connect of the material and fact .At meanwhile ,Under the guide of the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, adopting many research ways such as inductive method,comparative method,narrative method,documentary method,survey method and so on.This paper described the connotation of the comprehensive management , the Central Asian region and drug-related crimes related to drugs and the causes of crimes, the status, hazards, from a new viewpoint, and the prevention and controlling of the Central Asian region to combat drug-related crime measures to be taken: that the concept of the comprehensive management ,and I hope it can be both in theory and reality helpful.
