Drugs is one of the public hazards confronted by the international community, and the countries in the world stand the almost same position on anti-drug issues. The "Golden Crescent" area is the biggest drug source area in the world, which produces a considerable proportion of drugs of the international drug dealing market.As a adjacent area of the "Golden Crescent", the Central Asia becomes the main drug outflow channel of Afghan. Due to a set of complicated factors, the drug problem becomes increasingly critical to the central asian countries, and is threatening the social stability and national security of the surrounding countries.Governments of these countries and international organizations has co-operated in order to cut the drug flow from the Afghan and deal with the threat brought by the drugs.Drugs from the "Golden Crescent" also find their way through Central Asia or Pakistan into China, which is an important factor endangers the social stability in China's northwest region. Thus, study on the drug issues and international anti-drug cooperation in the Central Asia has a great practical significance.
