The concept of ideological and political education was established after the birth of Marxism, while its practice is an objective historical form,which is associated with the development of the class and the country and just has different titles during the different times and environmental discourses. Ideological and political education is a scientific field focusing on the existence and significance of human beings. Value and its problems should not only become the concern for ideological and political education, but also become the standpoint and inexhaustible motive force for its theory and practice. Yet from a vertical perspective on the ideological and political education history, we are surprised to find that ideological and political education research and practice experienced an unsatisfactory circle on the problem of people: People-oriented -- people-loss…a new people-oriented. All the problems of the modern ideological and political education originate from the devoid of humanist and the people's dominant position decline.The study of Dialogue-style ideological and political education methodology is rooted in the problems of people; is stimulated by illness of ideological and political education on the "people's sense of loss" and its performance; is generated in the global and information tide and the social transformation with the core of market economic reform. This paper proposes the concept of Dialogue-style ideological and political education methodology through carding the contents and features of Monologue-style ideological and political education methodology. In addition, this paper studies the contents, features and basic theories of Dialogue-style ideological and political education methodology, discusses its two major methodological thinking, explores the its system and extends the channels, and analyses the four elements and nine links during the implementation process. Finally, this paper puts forward the basic implemental model of Dialogue-style ideological and political education methodology.
