On Regulating Of Law To Media Supervision Power (Right)

The effect of media supervision has been paid much attention with the process of Law-construction in our country .But the media supervision is a double-edged sword. Any right or power has the possibility to be abused. When we ensure the effective realization of media supervision power (right), we must strengthen and improve the laws to regulate media supervision power (right). The research has important theoretical and practical significance to make media supervision power (right) play a positive role. Theoretically speaking, most scholars are talking about media supervision as a system as a part of public supervision, and a few scholars do research on it from point of view of power (right), so in academic field, media supervision power (right) does not have a precise, authoritative definition. Through these research methods, the paper get the significance, the normative state, the limits and the methods of regulating the exercising of media supervision power (right) by law.
