Nowadays, the advertising flooding, many companies hired the community celebrities for their products, services, promotional endorsements, advertising spokesman has become a new class of social groups by the widespread concern in society. Endorsers as a public figure, social influence is widespread, in the event of false advertising, consumer legal rights and interests will be seriously affected. In China, the existing relevant laws and regulations have not been clearly defined legal responsibility endorsers. In judicial practice, it is often not conducive to the protection of legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Endorsers obtain huge endorsement fees, in the same time, it should bear the legal responsibility, it has been the academic controversy for what the legal responsibility should they bear. This article from the following aspects of civil liability to spokespersons for discussion:First, by introducing the SK-â…¡product quality dispute case puts forward the problem of false endorsements. Second, by defining the legal status of endorsers, clear advertising campaign spokesperson is an important participant.
