Direct selling originated in the United States, as a new marketing model was introduced into China. It brought double impact on China's economy and society, and caused the community of research. Direct selling went through the flourishing period, confusing period, and prohibiting period. At the end of 2005,the government has introduced Administration of Direct Selling Regulation. It reflects our focus on the direct marketing standard, as can be seen from the normative documents to the departmental rules,and from the departmental rules to the administrative regulations. Direct seller is the direct bridge between businesses and consumers. Direct seller is the direct selling industry thriving source of vitality and wealth creation as the main force. It is beneficial to safeguard the stability of the direct selling industry that attention to the direct seller's rights and interests protected, and regulate its direct sales activities. It also help to play its active participation in economic activities.This thesis research an abundance of theories on the basis of direct sales, through direct practice, and incorporate our country several operating modes. It use empirical analysis and comparative study of methods. The qualification study of the direct selling enterprise and the direct seller is the high points. Article is divided into four parts. First, explain the concepts of direct marketing and explore the status of our direct sales staff. It analysis that the relationship between the sales staff and the sales business, and the relationship between the sales staff and consumers. Part â…¡comparatives analysis of foreign direct sellers rights and interests of the relevant legislation on the protection. Part III investigates our existing direct sales regulations that protections and imperfections of the direct sales' rights. At last, combine direct selling practice that from legislation and other related systems, Propose my views and recommendations on creditors'rights. The article sorts out the all the characteristic rights and duties in direct selling. Some segments may made them to thought about the existing legislation.
